How long does it take to process an order?
At Snowhorse Design, every product is carefully 3D-printed using premium PLA material, ensuring exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Because each item is made to order, processing times may vary depending on current production demand. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 10–15 business days from the date of purchase. We work hard to fulfill orders as quickly as possible while maintaining our high standards, so you can enjoy a product that’s worth the wait.
What is the shipping policy?
Our shipping policy is simple. All orders ship free. Our product ships with USPS Ground Advantage and typically take 2-8 days to deliver once shipped, but can vary depending on weather on demand. ​Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you are interested in our product internationally, we recommend you visit our eBay store where international shipping is available through their International Fulfillment program.
What is the policy regarding cancellations?
Once an order is placed, we do the best we can to honor any cancellation requests, however, because all of our product is made on demand, we do not honor any cancellations once production of your item has begun.
What is the policy regarding returns?
We have a standard 30 day, satisfaction guaranteed return policy. If you're not satisfied with our product, reach out to us on our contact us page, including your order number, and we will get back to you within 3-5 business days.
