How long does it take to process an order?
All of our product is 3d-printed using a high quality PLA material, and as a result you may see processing times varying from 1-10 business days. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but lead times may vary based on product demand.
What is the shipping policy?
Our shipping policy is simple. All orders $20 and over ship free, and all orders under $20 ship for $3. Our product ships with USPS first class and priority shipping and typically can take 2-8 days, but can vary depending on weather on demand.​Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer international shipping.
What is the policy regarding returns?
We have a standard 30 day, satisfaction guaranteed return policy. If you're not satisfied with our product, reach out to us on our contact us page, including your order number, and we will get back to you within 3-5 business days.
